Staff was unaware of booking despite providing them booking reference and staff never responded to chats after booking.waited for an hour after arriving ( intimated hotel late arrival ). Hotel room was unclean and felt the rooms were used for shady business looking at customers( couples) checking in late night without luggage.

Qubestays looks OK

I was not allowed to stay with QubeStay as the front office told, they cannot find my confirmed booking ref. via Hotels.com. But they politely behaved and provided another room in nearby property (Arma Residency) which was not OK. After staying the first night, I found out that we were not provided the right room as per our reservation through Hotels.com. I spoke to one of the owner's who was present there and he politely told it was a mistake and gave discounts for the room provided. Seems the original QubeStays are good for travellers as it looks cool. Sharing snaps.
