The reception staff was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. They took the time to find the best recommendations, answer our questions, and make sure we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone we know who plans to visit Reims, and we will absolutely be back!

This is a great hotel, with a good location for visiting Reims - just a short walk into the centre. The staff were great here, allowing us to check in early. Parking is underneath the hotel, and straightforward - 20 Euros for overnight. We ate in the restaurant one evening, which was lovely - service was great, and the quality of the food was excellent. Great hotel - would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was spacious with great amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and it had good amenities. We got room service and the food was good. The coffee provided in the room was delicious and nice to have with some local pastries. Having on site secure underground parking was convenient. The only negative was the location is close to some construction but they didn’t work through the night, so it didn’t interrupt sleeping.

Business hotel clearly, not cosy, like one in a million hotel chain. The room is standard but had dirty carpets. I just stayed one night privatly as I had a visit to a Champagne house nearby. Would not stay here for a normal private visit to Reims. Restaurant area is also not specially cosy. Breakfast average.

I was highly disappointed in the staff working the bar. I stayed four nights on the property and the customer service was severely lacking. On quite a few nights, the bar was understaff with a new bartender (he used a booked to figure out how to make a drink listed on the cocktail list. On another night I directly asked a different bartender if he knew how to make an old fashioned. He said 'Oui!' and pour me a Sir Davis on the rocks. Definitely need staff training to run a better bar program.

Arrived after 13 hour drive ordeal and they couldn’t find my booking despite having paid I full. Was then made to pay another £300/night to secure two twins room for us four, not even next door to each other. Also told the kitchen closes at 11 for room service, yet they closed at 10.30 so we’re lot even able to order proper food after a whole day of driving
