We had a great stay at the hotel. The reception staff were very nice, the room quiet and had a great shower. Very good breakfast and location, location, location for us the we were taking the train from Gare de Montparnasse was just a few steps away

A very conveniently located hotel for travel to and from Montparnasse. The staff were very helpful, especially given complications with travel to get there.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice buffet and excellent cleanliness. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Only incident we had was that for a while the elevator was out of service, but luckily after we’d put our bags in the room. Would recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling in and out of Montparnasse train station.

8/10 Very good

Our experience was very good. The hotel isn’t big or fancy, yet location is crossing streets from Montparnasse Train Station, the bed was comfortable, had air conditioner, accepted assistant dog, provided drink water with a relatively adequate elevator; that was all we needed. If next time we came to Paris for a few days, we would consider to book it again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel In Gaite area. I travel to Paris often for work and usually based in Gaite and so have stayed at a few different hotel. This hotel as faired very well for the following reason: rooms although small ( which is not uncommon in Paris) were clean and fairly modern and well equipped ( hairdryer, comfy bed and pillows, plenty of shelf and storage space , powerful shower; breakfast reasonably priced at €15 with good selection of continental breakfast including fresh orange juice machine and pancake machine; staff were always polite and ready to help whenever i had a question; well situated to metro stations so also good for tourists as not too far by metro to tourist sites. All in all I would be quite happy to book with this hotel again for future business trips.

It’s across the Gare Montparnasse so it’s convenient if you are taking a TGV ride from that train station. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful hotel staff. It’s like my “home away from home” It’s my 4th or 5th stay there while in Paris and I would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here and we just love it. Nice staff and comfy rooms.

6/10 Good

Room on the small side and very expensive for what basically is a glorified lean to! And the bed was a foldaway which is very odd. The ‘courtyard view’ is a brick wall! Staff cleaning bins with a hose pipe early in the morning wasn’t appreciated either. Breakfast was just about adequate, the staff appeared reluctant to refill bread etc. Ok for a one night stay but very expensive for what you get, the best part was how quiet it was considering the location.

Hotel de Paris staff were friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC units worked like magic! They helped us arrange transportation to the airport on our last day which was super helpful and cheaper than getting a prepaid shuttle and better than taking the train. Thank you for decorating my sister’s room for her birthday and the gifts!
