I had a really great experience staying at Sonesta ES Suites San Jose Airport. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out. DECEIVING ! The pics make this hotel look fantastic. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice… BUT the type of guests this place attracts are trashy. I stayed here for business for 3 days. I had late nights and early mornings. The first 2 nights were ok. But the 3rd night when I pulled into the parking lot, there was a crowd of people smoking weed. Obvious walking around. Then between the hours of 10 PM and 1 AM I had to call the front office three times because there were a group of really loud 18-year-olds running up and down the stairs and pounding on the floor above me. I couldn’t sleep and was very irritated. It took me asking the front desk if I needed to call the police to fix the issue for them to finally resolve the issue. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !
