Hotel and staff were excellent. The suite was clean and comfy. One star taken off as the hot tub was not functional and the pool area was too cold to go in the (heated) pool. Had the hot tub been working, the pool are would have been great,but with no way to take the chill of swimming off, it just wasn’t usable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was okay, until the cushion moved on the pull out couch and I saw a used crack pipe. It was tucked on top of the mattress near the springs. A lot of food crumbs on top of the folded mattress. I was happy we didn’t need the extra bed. I told the lady at the front desk and sent her the photos. I waited over a month for sometime to connect with me about the issue, no one ever reached out.
