Super convenient location with very close CTA bus stops to connect you almost anywhere you want to go. Close to walk to the many shopping options on Michigan Ave. the lobby/common areas of the hotel were beautiful. The room was fine, had everything we needed (though a microwave would have been nice) but it looked like they did some repairs in and room but didn’t finish them well so there were patches in the wall paper- small things that just stood out when the main level looked so luxurious.

The bartenders were great. The rooftop bar is quaint and dark. Nice vibe. The hotel itself is tight, but it was in a perfect location to shopping on Michigan Avenue. Leo was great with valeting our car. It is also very close to the Northwestern Medical campus and the Children's Hospital. Overall, it was a good location for a short stay.

Overall, the hotel was very good. We had a Junior suite with a great amount of space. The lobby bar was closed, but the rooftop bar was open and the staff up there was great. They only do housekeeping every 3 days which was no issue for us and seems fairly standard these days. Will consider staying here again next time we visit.

Check in went very well and smooth with Raymond. Could not get cold water to come through the faucet or the shower even the toilet had hot water coming through the line must of been a crossed line or something because my brother and his wife's water work just fine. On the second day there was no cream or milk even after I let the front desk clerk. They above and beyond letting us store are rented bicycles overnight. Overall it was a good experience and would most likely return if in the area.

Older property but locations is great! One block from miracle mile. Rooftop bar was great. Staff wonderful! Had a fitness center that I didn’t use but it was quite large with lots of equipment. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not spectacular. The bus stop is one block from hotel and runs frequently if you need to go downtown. Also can want subway station to go back and forth from airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby!
