Use to be good but now it is Horrible
Upon arrival worker seemed to not know what he was doing. This was my 5th stay. I asked about breakfast and they no longer serve a warm breakfast. Shower faucet leaking bad. Room was very much unclean. I could see daylight all around the door and when someone came in the entrance the door would not close allowing cold air to come in. People came in about 1am and was loud, I could hear everything.

The staff was so friendly and attentive!! The property itself is a bit run down and outdated but you can tell they're trying. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The room definitely needed cleaned better but I understand the lack of employees during this time and racked it up to them being short-staffed.

It was a business trip. Hotel is alright. No frills. It’s clean but could definitely use some cosmetic updates. Bed was good and we slept well. Breakfast has made to order options which is very nice. As I said before no frills place but good for a hood nights sleep

Kayla is an OUTSTANDING employee!!! Her customer service skills are excellent. Our first night was marred by a child in the adjoining room who screamed loudly and frequently from our arrival at 8 pm to early morning. The night staff did nothing to fix the situation.

Where do I start, first the parking lot had not been salted and was very icy. The room was dark and dingy. The bed linens were stained and rough. The bathroom smelled musty, toilet barely flushed, water pressure was terrible. The floors were sticky. The heat barely worked( it was in the low 20s outside and felt about as cold inside) People all hours of the night slammed their doors and were very loud in the halls. Once we were able to fall asleep around 4am the noise started again at 530am and went on for an hour or more. The front seat was useless because it took almost 20 minutes before someone came to check us in and took even longer to check us out. There is a doorbell button to push which I did multiple times with no response and there is a number “if we stepped out please call” which just rang until it was automatically hung up. I called that number a good 5 or 6 times. The property manager lives on site and their child was running up and down the stairs. I asked if she knew where her parents were and she just ran off. I started calling out for assistance and nobody came. I went outside and finally found someone at the back of the property and she said just leave your key on the counter. I asked her for a receipt and she went into a room never to be seen again. I finally left. I called the property multiple times to ask for a refund or some sort of compensation due to the horrible experience and didn’t get an answer, imagine that. Finally I reached out to Travelocity.

When i got out of my car to go inside it smelled like trash! It still smelled like trash when I left the next day. Whoever working behind the desk was drunk or high! They were rude and I was surprised at this! When I went into my room it smelled like they just sprayed roach spray in the room. The room was clean but the bug spray was anoying. I will never stay at this location again

Housekeeping is poor
I was staying 5 days at the hotel, day two we came back and there was sand left on the floor in the room. Housekeeping never ever swept it up until we moved out 3 days later. We had asked for a extra blanket twice, never gotten one, there were two people in the room but only towels for one, even though the booking reflected two people and it was a daily request to get more towels. Saturday night it was extreme noisy with other guests being drunk and unorderly, escalating almost into a fist fight in the parking lot, management did nothing to break that up or to secure the vehicles that were parked there. Housekeeping staff that works the main building was extremely friendly, the breakfast to order cook is doing an amazing job, and always had everything restocked and ready to go. He even offered chocolate chip pancakes to my granddaughter compared to just the regular ones, which was highly appreciated. The staff in general is very friendly, it was just the housekeeping that left a lot to be desired. For example, when we came back at night, they never even cleaned out the sink, it was as dirty as it was in the morning when we left, the bathroom floor was never cleaned or dried, no floor mat provided. For 96.00 and 101.00 a night, I expect better housekeeping. The pool area has several broken chairs, but was very enjoyable during these hot days.

not worth the money
room was outdated. at check in, gentleman very kind. he was training a female who was not very friendly. said "give me your credit card" vs. form of payment please? they signed me up for wyndham rewards program WITHOUT my consent. this is an invasion of privacy. toilet leaked, windown coverings broken. had to rig it to keep blinds closed. advertisement said breakfast, when asked at check in i was told no.
