Good location
Stayed here on an impromptu weekend away. The hotel was reasonably priced and near a variety of good restaurants and nightclubs. The bed was comfortable and our room had a microwave and refrigerator. Our room heater didn’t work well and overheated the room no matter how much we turned it down. Also there was a lot of noise like noise from other rooms and from work in the alley.

The "Hipster" Hotel
This is a "Hipster" hotel with graffiti in the hallways and random stickers all over the only elevator (which was pretty slow). All-in-all the room was clean but the bathrooms are in need of a major facelift. Hotel staff is extremely nice a the hotel is in a good area. We booked it for it's proximity to our destination but would definitely entertain booking again in the future.

Astoundingly cold weather even for a Chicagoan! Fortunately the heater functions well and for the less brave of us there are many nearby conveniences where you can get snacks, coffee, meals and hang out for a moment. When you're feeling braver the CTA is a few steps away. The help is friendly, the cable so-so (more dependent on your own personal internet services than giving access to premium channels.)
