The rooms were quite small and the mattresses were well used. The view makes up for it. I wish there was a lobby hangout area with couches or an outdoor patio to soak in the views of Ueno. The hotel is on the the 20th- 24th floor and has great views of Skytree Tower rom one side. There is breakfast at extra cost available.

This is actually a nice decent place to stay and I also has a good view of the Tokyo sky tree and also Shabuya on the higher floors. There is a 7-Eleven right by the lobby entrance and it’s not too far from the train station in Ueno, so it’s easy to get to places around the city. Like Shibuya, Akihabara or Shinjuku etc, the staff was very helpful and are willing to help you.

This hotel made our first (but definitely not last) trip to Tokyo a great success. :) The view from our room was amazing, and the location was convenient close to both Ueno and Okachimachi train stations, shops and restaurants. The room was super quiet, and the firm mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. We also appreciated having laundry machines in the hotel. The overall cleanliness was quite good, but the carpets could use a more thorough cleaning especially under the bed. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel!

The room could be bigger, but we know that it's very difficult to find bigger rooms with a reasonable price in Tokyo. Very well located near Okachimachi station (JR Yamanote line).
