What a wonderful B&B we were made very welcome and the property is gorgeous inside and really really comfortable. There was beautiful products in the bathroom, the hospitality tray was out of this world and the breakfast was beyond spectacular! I wish I could stay here every day.

Boutique type B&B in Lampeter
This is a lovely B&B run by a lovely couple. The room was well furnished with all mod cons, including coffee maker, hot water gadget for tea etc and a great selection of beverages. There was a chiller in the room for the fresh milk and water that is supplied. A nice selection of toiletries in the on-suite bathroom, and good quality towels.
A menu was supplied daily for all breakfast requirements and was put outside the room in the evening ready for breakfast the next day.
They supplied dog bowls and dog biscuits for our dog and charged £5 per night for him.
The landlady noticed a birthday card in the room for my wife and left a birthday card for her, together with a bunch of flowers.
The breakfast was superb, hot and tasty, served with a smile.
The breakfast room was well furnished and had a homely feel to it.
Also the landlady offered the breakfast room for us to use if we wanted to bring in a takeaway meal, including crockery and cutlery. A really nice gesture. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for the Llanerchaeron parkrun
Great place to stay. Perfect hosts, well appointed, very comfortable and clean. Oodles of great tea and coffee.
Parking also good. At night, you can park outside, otherwise it’s a couple of minutes walk to a car park.
Nearby the Llanerchaeron parkrun (reason I went), but other sightseeing spots can be quite far away.
If you’re travelling from afar, stay for a few days.

Excellent accomodation
Really good place to stay and highly recommended, The owner was really helpful. The hotel seems newly refurbished and everything is done to a very high standard. Great value for money, this would be a 4*+ hotel anywhere else
