Good stay
We want to give a shout out to Ben who was excellent and provided us amazing customer service with a free upgrade to allow us to be more comfortable with our baby’s hotel experience. The hotel is clean and nice. The room was great. My only issues were that we booked it for the pool and it was not available for our stay, undergoing maintenance the entire time. I assume something happened while we were there but it was disappointing. We also were shocked that the breakfast used all paper plates and cutlery rather than glassware. Which is fine, but they didn’t even have a compost set up - it all went in a garbage can after. So wasteful in 2025! I would stay again but I would check the pool was open and I would bring my own reusable cutlery.

Safety and Comfort of Guests is the last priority
The entrance to the hotel was completely iced and so slippery. I fell on the way to the entrance and good thing I did not break a bone. When asked for non-caffeinated tea, the staff at the service desk asked me to come down and collect it myself. It was a very disappointing experience and hence the name change of Radisson, the quality just has gone down.

Not great.
This is a budget, friendly hotel but you do get what you paid for. Staff is friendly when we had to move rooms due to a leak in our room. Unfortunately every time we need a pool towels, and I called for pool towels, they never came and there was none by the pool. Older Hotel that does need some maintenance.

The king beds were amazing! We had 2 adults and 2 teens and there was lots of room for everyone. The pool was spacious. The breakfast in the morning had lots of hot and cold choices on the buffet. We enjoyed it very much!
