Not bad for a short term stay. Staff was friendly, helpful. I was there for mainly football so it was perfect, short walk to Dortmund Markt where they had a fall festival which was super.

Room was nowhere near the actual hotel, parking was also nowhere near. Loads of noise in the middle of the night people shouting and screaming within the hotel gated area.

Das Hotel hat bessere Tage gehabt, es ist extrem runtergekommen. Alles ist veraltet, die Heizung hat eine viel zu geringe Kapazität. Am Freitag gab es extreme Lärmbelästigung von draußen, die ganze Nacht durch wurde geschrien, laute Musik dröhnte, Auto- und Motorradposing in den engen Straßen- das ganze beruhigte sich erst etwas gegen 5.30 Uhr. Trotz der begrenzten Zeit für das Einchecken (bis 20.30 Uhr, mein Zug hatte 70 Minuten Verspätung!) bemühte sich das Personal freundlich um eine Lösung. Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder nutzen!!!

Hotel liegt in guter Nähe zum HBF. Leider war es an diesem Abend draußen etwas laut, was mir persönlich wenig ausmachte, da ich trotzdem einschlafen kann, aber wer da empfindlich ist, hat ein Problem. Das Hotel selbst kann wenig dagegen unternehmen. Ausschilderung im Hotel selbst zum Frühstücksraum schlceht, wer wie ich das Stockwerk vergessen hatte, muss ein wenig suchen. Das Frühstück war für den Preis angemessen. Würde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Dortmund wieder buchen

Ich muss leider sagen das dieses Hotel in meinen Augen einfach entäuschend ist, der Eingang war eine Garagentor mit hinter ein nicht so schönen Vorhof. Die Zimmer sind zwar schön Sauber und gut eingerichtet, aber leider zu unsicher. Man kann aus den Fenster klettern was es auch zu ein Einbruch verleitet.

Ich habe zwei Monate lang auf verschiedensten Wegen versucht, das Hotel zu stornieren, was offenbar ohne Registrierung bei der Buchung über e-bookers nicht möglich ist. Es wurde der volle Rechnungsbetrag abgebucht und auch die laut Buchungsbedingungen rückzuerstattenden zehn Prozent nicht zurück überwiesen. Hände weg von diesem Hotel!
