The hotel was in a good location. However, there was no coffee maker nor microwave in the room. We had to buy coffee daily. There weren’t enough towels and no sheets for the pull out bed. Also, the AC was not working so our floor was hot and stuffy.

This place is a dump
Hotel room was a nice size but the beds were double beds and uncomfortable and outbof shape mattresses. Chair in room had stains, hair in shower. No coffee in room Lobby was noisy and trash cans filled and over flowing. End tables and other tables in lobby dirty cups, napkins and spills all over, need someoen to clean. Bar no place to sit and have a cocktail for same reason, to dirty to put a drink down. For a Hilton hotel this place is a dump.

Excellent Location
Great mid-town location. Walked to Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park,MoMa, and all the shopping. Subway stop right there too.

Hiltom midtown on 6th.
Comfy bed and great tv! Excellent shower with all needed showering supplies. Wife likes the shampoo. Friendly cleaning and bar staff. No coffee maker or refrigerater. Great location. We enjoyed the nearby consolate and blue willow restaurants. Quick friendly checkin.

Think twice
$500 per night - it’s ok this the season but there was no complimentary water in room. HVAC not completely function. Finally turned it off to try lower temp in room. $5 service fee to store my bag for a few hours. Missing many things that used to be standard. The grab and go market was great. No price gouging and staff friendly. Furniture in room very shop worn. Desk chair should be replaced.

Close to everything for Christmas
Room was amazing . Staff was amazing. Came to NY for the holidays and it was surprising the be a Hilton you would think the inside would have been done more for the holidays being a Hilton. Love the location being close to everything.

Difficult stay
Two of the three elevators to the 28th floor were broken, stranding us in the lobby or on the 28th floor anytime we wanted to leave. One time we waited almost 30 minutes. The halls had dirty sheets and garbage left in them. The prices in the deli were exorbitant. The rooms lacked basic amenities like a coffee maker or Wi-Fi. There was little to no seating in the lobby.

Hour to check in
I stood in line with about 50 other people just to check in. I counted 7 desks with only two working and each of them in and out over and over. I can’t even believe how terrible their efficiency and customer service was even before I got a room! Plus, the room was mediocre at best, especially for a Hilton. I come to NY often for business but won’t stay here again.

Midtown Manhattan
My trip great! Hotel a little disappointing. The room is really dated. The chair looked old dirty and worn. The headboards on both beds fabric flaking off. The elevator area so congested people got upset and rude. The lobby staff excellent and patient. Great location.
