We were on the third floor but there was no third floor elevator button (it was broken and missing). There was a gap between the door and floor so hot air was getting in a and the bath tub was not clean.

my daughter cut her foot after showering with a piece of glass that was on the floor, we didn't have more than 20min after arriving when this happened, she bled a lot and right before a volleyball tournament, the room smelled intensely of cigarette that we smelled like cigarette after we checked out, the bathroom knob was broken that we all got stuck inside after showing, very disappointed as i always stay here
