I’m honestly surprised to see positive comments about the staff’s friendliness, as that wasn’t my experience at all. When I checked in on October 28, there was an amazing woman at the front desk who made us feel welcome, but that was the only positive interaction. Every other staff member we dealt with seemed to have a poor attitude, and my friends and I felt they were dismissive and unhelpful.
Throughout the week, I had some simple questions but received dry, unwelcoming responses. The biggest issue, however, was housekeeping. For the last two days of our stay, our room wasn’t cleaned. On the first of those days, after multiple requests, we finally asked just for fresh towels since there weren’t enough racks to hang towels for three people. Unfortunately, housekeeping didn’t come back with towels until we pushed further the next day. Despite assurances from someone claiming to be the housekeeping manager that our room would be cleaned by 5 p.m., we returned to find it untouched and no trash removed.
When I raised these concerns with the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do. They even refused to take out the bags of trash piling up in our room and suggested we talk to someone the next day – knowing we had an early checkout. There was no attempt to offer any real solution, which left us feeling unheard and dismissed. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review like this before, but the way we were treated was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend here.
