Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect

6/10 Good

Room and service were both nice. The main drawback was that for a room that costed 1,200 per night, breakfast was not even included.

6/10 Good

The rooms are dark and small. It is hard to book a spa or dinner reservation. Food is ok. The hotel itself is huge and a great location. I just wish it were more accommodating and the service were better.
