"We just got back from our vacation at Paradisus Grand Cana and overall, this was a 10/10 experience.
The staff truly went above and beyond for us. Specifically, when we requested a late checkout due to our nighttime flight, they kindly accommodated us. This allowed our toddler to take his nap and gave our kids time to rest before the flight home, which made a huge difference for our family.
Beyond the excellent service, the property itself is absolutely stunning. From the rooms to the outdoor areas, everything is beautifully maintained and visually impressive.
This resort is also extremely family-friendly. There were so many activities and things for our kids to enjoy throughout our stay, including virtual reality games, painting activities, inflatables, and most importantly, Fun Republic, which is only a short 2-minute shuttle ride away from the resort. The kids truly had the time of their lives and made memories that will last forever.
The food at the buffet was also great. My only suggestion for improvement would be the restaurant reservation system, as it was a little difficult to secure dinner reservations at times. Thankfully, the quality and variety at the buffet more than made up for it.
All in all, this was a beautiful property and an excellent stay. Once again, thank you to the wonderful staff who consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our family throughout the trip!"
