" the valet opening the door and the warm greeting from all the staff made me feel right at home as soon as i stepped inside. Room Was very clean and spacious.
Dinner on level 9 was also excellent. A taste of western food is nice break from rice everyday. It was a treat really.
Breakfast was included in the booking and breakfast was great. My wife had the triple cheese toasty with the brew coffee and i had the french toast with bacon and scrambled eggs.
This hotel is a good location for Immigration matters as its only 5 minutes away and also PSA for papers is 5 minutes away so perfect for our needs.
Across the road you have a department store also very convenient.
Will stay again. XYZ is my go to."

Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305.
Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold.
We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere.

"Even though there was a secret switch, you have to push to make the AC work. We called and called the front desk, but nobody actually came to fix it until about 7 PM so they let us suffer for five hours with no AC.

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."
