We treat ourselves to a stay once a month. The hotel always gives excellent service and outstanding value for money. If you don’t like walking or steps then this isn’t for you but other than that it’s great. We will be back in October

The stay was excellent, from the first reservations manager, Mr. George, to the youngest people in the building, Chef Mohamed, Chef Ahmed, and all the chefs. Frankly, the utmost kindness and respect, the utmost politeness, and upscale treatment. I highly recommend it. It is a respectable and large hotel, and all its employees are very respectful.

Tek büyük yatak istemiştik, bunu ısrarla istememize rağmen komi iki yatağı yan yana getirip böyle yatın dedi,. Çarşaflar çok pisti, birinde resmen dışkı vardı, duş kum içindeydi, gece çok sivrisinek vardı, odayı ilaçlayıp yarım saat dışarda bekledik. ortak tuvaletler çok çok pis. Otel dolayısı ile eşyalar da eski, içecekler, özellikle alkollü içecek yok gibi, küçük naylon bardakta bira veriyorlar, bir de kokteyl var, bir kez denediktan sonra bir daha içmiyorsunuz. olumlu yanları da var; personel iyi niyetli ama eğitimsiz, manzara güzel, merkezden çok uzak ama akşam en azından ücretli bir servis var.

Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil est froid, le personnel pas du tout souriant, comme si on les dérange. Les chambres veuillent surtout les salles de bains, ça mérite un minimum de rénovation. des fois on a pas eu d'eau pour se doucher. La restauration est à la même tous les jours, et malheureusement pas variée. Les piscines sont sympas, mais ça se voit que c'est négligé. Vraiment dommage parce que c'est un hotel avec un bon potentiel. On a passé des nuits blanches à cause des moustiques, c'est horrible. Dernier point: c'est l'hôtel le plus loin du centre, donc à éviter si vous souhaitez sortir plus souvent.

Tranquillità,buon cibo(pasta spadellata al momento,panzerotti, focaccia con le cipolle e altri piatti italiani ottimi ..carne molto buona!),pulizia e gentilezza. La spiaggia si trova a 4 minuti a piedi(oppure con la loro comoda navetta). Fantastico Fady, sempre disponibile e col sorriso; All'arrivo in piena notte ci hanno dato una cena,gentilissimi! Le piscine alcune erano ghiacciate,altre sembra le stessero riscaldando,ma ci siamo goduti il mare, quindi oltre ad aver fatto uno schiuma party (acqua freschina ma sopportabile!) non ci siamo mai andati.. Mare bello,ma senza barriera... Con una piccola camminata si può fare snorkeling (entrando dal mare,non dalla spiaggia!!! ) dove ci sono le boe del resort Barcelon. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Per andare in centro serve il taxi,ma non ne abbiamo sentito l'esigenza,ogni sera c'era un piccolo spettacolo. Bar sotto una grotta(artificiale) molto carino e scenografico! Offrono anche un transfer per la mattina per uscire a fare shopping (gratuito) e alla sera per i vari locali(a pagamento). Sicuramente possono migliorare,ma sono sulla strada giusta! Grazie di tutto!!

L'albergo dece essere rimodernato e soprattutto le camere che sono molto ampie e belle meriterebbero una pulizia accurata e una revisione dei bagni soprattutto la doccia. Belle le piscine e discreta la cucina. Gentile il personale della reception e della sala ristorante.
