Review Rixos park belek

Stayed in a few Rixos hotels , and this one was not great.. didn’t live up To the other Rixos ones .. the kids club is miles away from the main hotel.. meaning if they ring you cause your kid needs you.. you have to wait for a buggy ride and can take upto 30 mins to get Thier.. the kids club was good tho, and staff very good. The rooms are average. The food is average. I asked the kids club staff if I could bring some food to my kids, they said yes.. so I went to the restaurant 30 mins away, and asked staff if I could have a box to take some pizza with me, they said no box but take a plate .. while leaving the restraunt a manager stopped me and told me I was not allowed to take food to my kids.. was not happy. A sales women hovers around trying to sell You things non stop. Night entertainment is poor. While sat at the pool we never got asked once if we would like a drink from a waiter, had to keep going to the bar ourself. Overall not good, and wouldn’t return

Staff are really friendly, customer service is very good. Great for family holiday. Great access to beach. The pool area is amazing. Food is good. It would be great to eat at other restaurants in the hotel as part of all inclusive which other resorts offer. Loved our family room, which was very spacious and had a sea view. Standard of room service cleaning was not always consistent. Mini bar was restocked everyday at no additional cost. The land of legends access that is part of the cost is also a bonus. Building could do with upgrading, which you can see is happening slowly.

The hotel is i believe the newest addition the Rixos. Parts of the resort feels like Rixos and some parts still feels like the old hotel. Their rooms are a little on the older side and needs some improvements. But Overall it was an amazing stay for our family. The food,the facilities were amazing.! The staff were very courteous and helpful. You can tell they all have hospitality education by the way they act. Me and my family can’t wait to go back.

Her şeyiyle ailemle birlikte mükemmel bir tatil oldu. Otel çok sakin, çok temiz kalabalık değil. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve fedakarlar. Tatil esnasında bile arayıp bir isteğimiz var mı diye soruyorlar. Odalar, tesis çok temiz. Yemekler lezzetli. Rixos 'da ilk tatilimiz di ama son tatilimiz olmayacak.

La chambre était propre, mais avait besoin d'être rénovée. La restauration était correcte, sans plus. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée. La plage était agréable, quoique un peu petite. Globalement, la qualité et le prix étaient raisonnables, car nous avions bénéficié d'une réduction de 50%. Le restaurant-grill était décevant et une perte de temps. Le personnel était courageux et sympathique. (Le personnel des relations publiques mérite des remerciements.) Le parc d'attractions « the land of legends » et le centre commercial adjacent étaient très agréables. Nous avons apprécié l'entrée gratuite et le service de transport de l'hôtel.

Nice hotel that I recommend it

The service was excellent, the recipient were helpful and all restaurants were clean and have tasty meals. The rooms were clean and the space area was enough. The advantage also to get the pass for the land of legends theme parks. I think the only disadvantage of the hotel is it is little bit an old and need some repairs regarding the doors of the rooms

Ons verblijf in het hotel was over het algemeen goed, maar er waren een aantal punten die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn. Op de vierde verdieping van het hoofdgebouw was geen airco in de hal, waardoor we telkens door een lange, benauwde gang moesten lopen terwijl het buiten rond de 40 graden was – dit was erg onaangenaam. Daarnaast was het drinken nooit goed gekoeld; we moesten steeds om extra ijsblokjes vragen om het enigszins verfrissend te maken. Het eten was over het algemeen goed, maar het fruit viel tegen qua kwaliteit. Hoewel er een ruime keuze aan baklava was, was deze nooit mooi goudbruin gebakken en de smaak liet helaas te wensen over. Wel goed schoon hotel en mooi.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Pour un rixos le service le restaurant l’amabilité du personnel à part la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli et zineb ❤️(relation client prise de rdv pour la navette) y’a rien qui va . Pour le prix je vous conseille d’aller au Akra à Antalya qui lui est exceptionnel
