This hotel was in a great location, and my daughter LOVED the pool. The shower in the bathroom was very small, and there needed to be somewhere to hang bathing suits or towels. It would help if this were changed. In the pictures it looks like the hotel is close to the beach and has easy beach access, but we could not get down to the beach at all, so that was a disappointment.

Close to a lot of restaurants but walls and doors are thin. Can hear everything going on outside. There is a small lot for self parking but in the evening the valet closes it off and then tried to give us a hard time until we asked reception how are we to park. Street parking is a bit annoying because it is an inclined street. Other than that rooms are fine, breakfast decent. They have a pool. There are a bunch of stray dogs in the nearby streets.

Very inconvenient hotel worth 2 stars. They first gave me a very small room worthy of a hostel. I asked for a change which they did decide to give to and was slightly larger room. However, the Aircon was broken and leaking and the phone didn't work even though we asked them to repair it. So actually they gave us a damaged room to stay. There was also one receptionist with a pretty rotten face and aswell as a rotten attitude. You ask her a question she says no. However, there was one other receptionist she was the only reason that this place would deserve a single star. The fridge also turns off when you remove the key and the food we put in there all had gone off. I don't recommend this place other than an emergency stay. This maybe a 5 star hotel for Turkish standards but for the rest of the world it wouldn't score more than 2. Avoid

Badrumet är utan ventlation. Vatten samlade under toastolen, vilket luktade illa. Skulle gärna se färsk marmelad och smör på frukost. Bakelse till kafé/te är mindre bra. Min bokning var ett rum med balkong mot havet, Men jag fick inte den. Personalen krävde 10 €/dag extra för att få rummet med balkong. Ett pär livsmedel butiker finns vid nära håll.

Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at Qinn Hotel in Antalya for a special occasion — our first anniversary and my wife's birthday. We booked the Elite Suite specifically for the private hot tub, paying £1,160 for 4 nights for what was advertised as a premium experience. What we got was far from it. The hot tub was completely non-functional - lukewarm water, only 1 of the 12 jets worked - and when we called for help, the technician bluntly told us “it's not working, not possible to fix.” No attempt was made to resolve this - we were essentially left with a cold bathtub. If we had known this in advance, we would have booked a standard room saving about £800 or chosen a different hotel entirely. The suite itself was in terrible condition: cold showers/broken showerhead, broken toilet seats, cracked mirrors, worn-out paint, and even a cockroach in the bathroom. The rooms were advertised as soundproofed, but noise from neighboring rooms kept us awake every night, leaving us unable to get decent sleep. Housekeeping/maintenance were not up to any acceptable standard. Despite multiple complaints, the hotel denied any wrongdoing and claimed they took action which is simply not true. If you're considering staying here, make absolutely sure the hot tub works - ideally before booking. This hotel is not 4-star by any stretch, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic getaway.

Location was excellent. Some the staff (dining room & wait staff by the pool) were very dry and acted like we were bothering them by asking questions. Other than that the food was excellent and fresh. The facilities were clean.

Lækker storby ferie

Vi var 3 afsted, mine to børn på 14 og 16 og mig. Vi elskede hotellet og morgenmaden. Folkene ved poolen var meget venlige og kundemindede. Lækre pool faciliteter og udsigt. Vi kan varmt anbefale at tage den lokale bus ind til den gamle bydel og slentre rundt i de charmerende gader. Det nært liggende shoppingcenter er også et besøg værd. Af restaurenter elskede vi Feccutine, som ligger lige rundt om hjørnet. Denne restaurent er sammen med burgerrestaurenten, så man kan få noget for enhver smag med god betjening. Pizza i verdensklasse finder man på Piccolo. En lille restaurent med de lækreste pizzaer, som var man i selveste Italien!! Som minus (men det er vidst generelt i Tyrkiet) er sengene ret hårde og puderne med luft.

The hotel is beautifully located with sea view rooms. However, the windows and walla are not well isolated. The music at the pool was very loud and wouldn't stop until 5 in the morning. The hair dryer is not well maintained . I almost burned my hair. In the restaurant there are hidden costs, like they serve starters which you didn't order and then charge for them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Mycket nöjda!

Ett mycket trevligt litet enkelt hotell. Valde det för läget. Utsikt mot havet! Dock ska nämnas brant trapp ner till havet. Ingen strand vid hotellet men typ brygga. Vilket passade oss perfekt. På bryggan kunde man hyra solstolar till billig peng.Den drivs av kommunen och var öppen för allmänheten. Vilket var trevligt!Även på hotellet fanns många trappor.Även brant backe från hotellet upp till huvudgatan.Inget hotell om du har svårt att gå eller begränsad rörlighet. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Personalen väldig service minded. Bra frukost. Underbar terrass! Det fanns typ restaurang och bar på kvällen. Även pool. Men det hann vi inte med att besöka. Hotellet är inte nytt, men skulle säga väl omhändertaget. Vi var väldigt aktiva under vår vistelse i Antalaya. Så för oss en bra utgångspunkt! Ett hotell som passade oss för våra ändamål.

I’ve liked the bedding, it was quite comfortable. Unfortunately I couldn’t see any ventilation in the bathroom, tea glasses for the buffet were bleached so it was covered with a smoky layer, I asked for new one but waiter said they are clean this is how it looks like. Elevator didn’t work properly, we asked for more bottled water cause there is only 2x( 500 ml )in the room, reception told me to call room service and I don’t know if they are going to charge for the extra ones but overall I enjoyed our stay, the bedding was quite good, there was a big space in the room.

Amazing staff

I had a 8 night stay at Qinn Hotel, I really enjoyed my time and thank you to the amazing staff who really made this trip special Sefa, Arin, Ozan and Serhat they tought us so much about the Turkish culture and places to visit that we didn't know about, suggested what place to go to eat for amazing food and really make the most of our trip Arin was outstanding he spoke a great level of English which made communication very easy with him he was beyond professional and polite Sefa also spoke great English and make out time at the hotel enjoyable these two become our full time translator The hotel does need some room for improvement such as the outdoor sitting area could be better more spacious and private they should take advantage of the great view of the ocean they have
