Great, comfortable & family friendly stay
Lovely place to stay when in Whistler with kids. It's not too far from the village and is peaceful and quiet. The room itself was clean and comfortable. They property had a heated pool and is well kept. We also found is extremely thoughtful of the owner to offer Netflix, Disney etc. in both the living room and well as the bedroom TV sets. Same with things such as laundry detergent, dishwasher soaps, salt, pepper etc. that were available when we checked in. We also appreciated the extra fans made available. The balcony had a nice view and had chairs, but there were no heaters outside, so we didn't sit there. The only complaints were that parking is expensive even though you are a guest at the place, still have to pay for parking. On top of that, the parking stalls are so tight that you can't really park without effectively taking up two spaces. Also, the hand soap that was made available was extremely harsh and dried out our hands and peeled our skins. We avoided the body wash for the same reason and were thankful that we carried our Dove soap. I wish they choose to stock on a proper soap or not offer any at all. We stayed 3 nights here and the coffee wasn't enough, but we got extra sachets from the front desk. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a good stay and I'd stay here again, but bring my own soap of course :)
