Sheraton is a renowned brand that people trust, and I booked this hotel for the first time for the same reason. On the whole it was a decent stay, the rooms were spacious and comfortable,, updated and clean. I must say the soaps and lotions smell great too. Hotel is centrally located with great views. However there are a few things they can improve on and Sheraton can too. First of all, it is a bit ambiguous on the Hotels.com listing whether the Waterpark is a "property amenity" (how the water park photos were labeled) that's included with the stay or it requires an extra charge. I wasn't sure when I booked the room because while there's a small print that says the Waterpark is has a surcharge, there's nowhere else on the listing that provides the cost, nor the option or link to pay for that. I had to find that info in the reviews after. On top of that, when I got to the check in counter, I asked the concierge about the Waterpark package, and she rudely told me it wasn't included. I have a child who's disabled, and so I also had to use the Access 2 Card - not only did she not know what that was, she projected to me an impatient attitude about having to find out with somebody else whether we can use it for the Waterpark, which made me feel uncomfortable. It was a frustrating and disappointing check in experience.
Lastly, the hotel pool is small and old. The water is really cold for an indoor pool, and the bottom of the pool is very slippery. I wouldn't come back anymore.
