A mixed experience after a 5-night stay. Our first room had no air conditioning and, during the hot weather, it quickly became very uncomfortable. Sleeping with the window open was difficult because of the loud street noise. The bed was very large, but the overall bedding quality was fairly average. Another disappointing point: our room was not cleaned once during the entire 5-night stay. We were eventually moved to one of the few air-conditioned rooms, which we appreciated. Breakfast was fine but quite basic. On the positive side, the location is excellent, very central and perfect for exploring Dublin on foot. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic: always smiling, welcoming and ready to help. A special thank you to Valentin, who did everything he could to find solutions and make our stay more comfortable. A great location and wonderful team, but several aspects of comfort and service could be improved.
