We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable — close to everything and very convenient. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. Everyone who worked there was incredibly kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Good things first , the staff was very helpful and tried their best. They were there 24/7 and ready to help to the best of their abilities. Can’t fault them at all so thanks to them . However the hotel is extremely tired and family was turned off the moment we entered the room . Staff changed our room which was a bit better , room was 3rd floor and the narrow very poorly lit stairs were a hazard . if my booking was refundable I would have changed the first night itself but didn’t want to waste money . Probably 2 star at best . Wouldn’t recommend at all . Next time booking i will be much more careful as a good hotel stay in important for an overall good holiday.

Good location just a couple blocls away from the Hippodrome and the Blue Mosque. Apartment was nice and spacious! Only a couple downsides - it is down a hill that you have to trek back up which might be am issue if you have walking troubles. There is no elevator and my apartment was in the 4th floor! The staff was great though and carried my luggage up for me. Bed was pretty hard as well, but not an issue if you like a firm sleeping surface. All of this is reflective in a great price for the space and area. Staff was extremely pleasant.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto dos principais pontos turísticos da área histórica de Istambul. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, porém trata-se de um prédio antigo com carpete nas escadas. O hotel não tem elevador o que dificulta muito o transporte das malas.

Fuimos mi hijo y yo para cuatro noches. El apartamento cumplió las expectativas, es muy luminoso, el aire acondicionado funcionó bien. Como aspectos a mejorar, los armariados de la cocina y el baño un poco viejos y un poco sucios. El colchón de la cama individual demasiado blando. Las almohadas altas y duras. Para cocinar sólo había una placa vitrocerámica portatil de un fuego. Vimos a dos "recepcionistas" en los cinco días, uno fue un poco más amable y el otro bastante soso y poco simpático. Para nosotros estuvo bien e incluso repetiríamos.

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Eine kleine Küchenzeile war vorhanden und ein Kühlschrank. Can war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war direkt auf das Meer gerichtet. Es war ein Traum jeden Morgen das Meer sehen zu können. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wonderful Place Close To Everything

The hotel was clean and accommodating. Top notch customer service and the really good thing was that they speak English. Helped with everything arranged my PCR Test to the airport transfer. Every place you need to go is just few walks away, from the big mosque to the bazaar. The only improvement needed was provide to laundary service.

The location, just walking by to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, restaurant, souvenir place. Room was good, clean, and quite have a space in the room, stove, kettle all working properly. Appreciate with Ali and Ahmed, they are such a great persons, thanks for you hospitality. WE can ask them anytime for travel advice and arrangement. They are so helpful. Will go back there again when I come to Istanbul.

친절하지만 오르막과 주방이 아쉬웠다.

부모님과 함께라며 아랫층 방을 주어서 그건 너무 고마웠다. 하지만 방 컨디션은 조금 달라져 아쉬웠고, 요리를 하려고 아파트를 예약한건데 여리하기엔 시설이 갖춰져 있지않아서 아파트를 예약한 의미가 없었다. 그리거 생각보다 경사가 심해서 무거운 짐을 가지고 가기에 힘들었다. 하지만 호스트는 모두 친절하고 항상 밝은 표정으로 인사해주어 고마웠다
