A beautiful place close to everything in Mexico City great restaurants close to shopping as well great staff very friendly and respectful. The room was clean and comfortable. But the only thing I didn’t like was there was not a lot of channels to watch other than that it was great

I am definitely staying here again. The rooms are small and cozy, the front desk is always kind. I also felt very safe because the door is always locked and we have to ring the bell to get in but they answer it 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is so nice and they keep the whole place super clean. Thank you!

The name says ‘Suites’ my room was barely big enough for a bed with no windows. It was like sleeping in a closet. I requested a larger room - offered to pay the difference - but was told none were available. This was not true I found out later.

Good for the price for a short stay. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Very noisy and too much light at night. The shower was very nice with warm water and good preassure.

The room was very hot and had only a small fan for ventilation. The only window opened onto the public interior hallway. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Being an entirely interior room, it was very quiet. We didn’t see any other guests the two nights we were there, so it was incredible that they wouldn’t give us a better room.

Would stay again, but shower curtain shoud be a little longer, it did not run all the way to he floor and you can't help to make a mess when showering. Huge bummer for me who hate a wet bathroom floor. Taking that aside, nice hotel, courteous staff.
