this is a clean, quiet place near the train station. Note, however, that check-out in the morning is 09:30, and they make a big fuss about it, saying that the maids need to clean the rooms for the next guests. They need 5 hours to clean 3 rooms? I should have noticed and not booked here, but it is very unusual: check-out is generally 11, occasionally 10. I travel a lot and have never had a 9:30 check-out before. Also, unsurprisingly, they don't really start cleaning the rooms at 9:30: when I came back for my luggage at 10:30, they hadn't even started, so it's just an annoyance. If you are touring Rome, that's probably OK, but if you are leaving (as many are who want to stay right near Termini) it can be inconvenient. I would strongly suggest they change this--but if they don't, I just want other people to be aware. Otherwise, the place is OK, if you want to be near the station and don't mind the shabby neighborhood (all of which was no problem for me--I was aware of that and fine with it)

Excellent customer service. We arrived late and we were still received graciously. The location is excellent , 5 min walk to Roma Termini. It was very quiet at night and safe to walk at night. The rooms were very spacious , towels clean and every room had a fridge. A bit chilly inside, but we managed. Good wifi, excellent water pressure and very hot. We were provided with complimentary tea ( I recommend more herbal tea and maybe a nice Nespresso machine for the future. We loved being here , I think we were alone in the whole place . We will return for sure . Grazie !

I booked doe 1 night only. I was delayed coming in and they were very accommodating. Room was clean and very pretty. I was thankful for the lift with my luggage. As a solo female traveller, I felt very secure Im the building, unit and room. Will defiantly stay again when I come back.
