It’s an interesting place - not really a hotel with regular front desk staffing. The room was fairly comfortable. We had an issue with no hot water initially but the property got it dealt with after alerting them to the issue. Be aware it’s a very tight spiral staircase going up 3 flights to the units. Travel light in terms of luggage. The walls are also quite thin - when people were in the adjoining room we could hear them quite clearly. The location is good in that much of the sites you may want to visit are within walking distance.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location for walking to local attractions, restaurants and the staff is friendly. The room was very clean, including the bedsheets. Just keep in mind that check-in is on the 3rd floor up a very narrow spiral staircase with not enough space for big luggage.

Bed was incredibly comfortable which is nice after long days of walking. The room was clean and decent sized. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to messages. I love that it is in a very old building, but the room has all of the up to date amenities. Plus, good air conditioning. Easy walk to all of the sites you are usually in Rome to see. Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi, etc. Although some may not like the stairs, I loved that I had a spiral staircase to my room. It is also really close to a taxi stand as well.

If you’re looking for an authentic place to stay this property has it. It’s centrally located near all of the Rome tourist sites. Roughly 20 minutes walking to everything in every direction. The place is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. For a building being as old as it is you wouldn’t know other than it missing an elevator like every other building like it. I would highly recommend staying here. The car service they refer you to is great as well.

The host was very kind, room was clean. The view is non existent. The stairs to get up to the 3rd floor with luggage are a nightmare. The jacuzzi looked nasty. The towels were brown and the apartment smelled like cigarettes. The WiFi hardly worked and would cut in and out every 5 minutes. The shower water never got warm.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. Before arriving the hotel arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which went smoothly. We were given recommendations for dinner at Virginiae for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! There were a few snacks in the room and a knife for the spreads would have been helpful. Our 2 “complaints” are more like things to know: the lighting is not the best for getting ready. It is really a result of the building being old. And…the stairs. We knew there were stairs. They are rough at the end of the day! If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. However staff helped us up and down with luggage which was greatly appreciated. The location was fantastic.

Location is right on Piazza Pasquino am is the absolute best in Rome being central to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, Colosseum and a short walk to the Pantheon. Restaurants steps from the door with a vibrant night life… Marlon was an our attendant and was informed, friendly and absolutely supportive of every request, need, and assistance. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend for friends looking for all the above on a budget experience…
