If you’re looking for an authentic place to stay this property has it. It’s centrally located near all of the Rome tourist sites. Roughly 20 minutes walking to everything in every direction. The place is super clean and the staff is extremely friendly. For a building being as old as it is you wouldn’t know other than it missing an elevator like every other building like it. I would highly recommend staying here. The car service they refer you to is great as well.

Great location easy access to restaurants and shops right downstairs. The team arranging for our stay were helpful. However, because there were several different people contacting us, we were initially confused by the infomation provided regarding pickup at airport and ability to drop off our bags early. The airport pickup went well. With our bag drop, we received conflicting information and our last communication told us to use a Bounce location to drop bags. We would suggest if the team members could identify themselves in communications and their role in the accomodations to avoid confusion. It turned out that we could have dropped our bags at the room early and could have avoided using Bounce. That being, said, the team was very helpful and we would stay there again.

Location is right on Piazza Pasquino am is the absolute best in Rome being central to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Forum, Colosseum and a short walk to the Pantheon. Restaurants steps from the door with a vibrant night life… Marlon was an our attendant and was informed, friendly and absolutely supportive of every request, need, and assistance. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend for friends looking for all the above on a budget experience…

This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything we waned to see. The manager Marlon was great! He helped us with our luggage up three floors of spiral staircase. He got us situated and gave us his number if we needed anything. He was very helpful with attending to our need for an extra night and for securing a taxi for airport. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a nice hot tub for soaking after miles of walking. Room had a Neapresso maker, water and light snacks.

Fantastic location for walking about the streets for shopping or food - there’s plenty around. The room was spacious and comfortable as well. Marlon was very friendly and helpful, and very kindly assisted us in getting our suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase. One thing to note is the walls are VERY thin. We could fully hear the conversation the guests in the next room were having. Our room looked out over the square below so the music was quite loud in the evening as well, but we didn’t mind.
