The staff was very courteous, accommodating and friendly. We loved the location, which is convenient to almost anything you might want. The included breakfast was delicious, with many dishes to choose from, and the tables are nestled within a beautiful tropical garden. For the price, Cinco Hotel is unbeatable! the room was very comfortable and clean, with a kitchenette next to it. the staff was very helpful and attentive (even not everyone speak English} the breakfast was varied and healthy, the only problem that we had, was that our room was facing the car park and we hear the cars was making noise when they were reversing or bipping when they are opening the door. i think that the solution is to i stall double glazing in this room

They also have a restaurant and a small shop with healthy products, and the restaurant also serves organic food. A wonderful place to stay

The hotel boutique is so beautiful and boho chic . It’s so comfortable and has a beautiful back restaurant that feels like you in the middle of the jungle. Love the hotel . Also museums close by and lots of restaurants around the hotel. The staff is really nice .
