I arrived around 11am at the hotel. The lady was very kind and informed me my room is ready so I can check in right away. Breakfast and food served at a nice backyard or garden with lots of plants. The room is ok and clean. Lots of restaurants around. Breakfast was excellent. All staffs are very kind and nice.

We loved our stay and enjoyed the area of the city we were in. We walked around at night and had no problems. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and places to visit during the day and into the evenings. The breakfast and restaurant were amazing. Worth it just for that. The staff are amazing. Everyone is so kind and very helpful. We would definitely book here again.

The staff was very courteous, accommodating and friendly. We loved the location, which is convenient to almost anything you might want. The included breakfast was delicious, with many dishes to choose from, and the tables are nestled within a beautiful tropical garden. For the price, Cinco Hotel is unbeatable! We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to El Salvador.
