Hotel location is very close to sightseen place and night market. The most important thing that impressed me is their excellent service. Lobby Manager (forgot the name, a Mr.) truely put his passion into work, kindly to every guest.

We stayed for two nights at the Laluna Hỏi A River Side Hotel. The location is perfect near the town center and makes it easy for walking around the night market and old town. The staff are great — very helpful and willing to offer service. The breakfast had a great selection of Vietnamese specialties and was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to this property when visiting Hoi An!

I really enjoyed my stay at Laluna. The room was spacious with balcony, private bathroom/shower, cupboards, coffee/tea and plenty of charging points. The breakfast had excellent range, as a vegetarian it was so good to have several stir fry options/salads, The croissants were good as well as omelette station. The staff were great starting with the porter, reception - very helpful, and kitchen great too. The hotel is 5 min walk to all the action but on a quiet street along the river.

The hotel is 5 mins walking to the Japanese bridge. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommend the pool bar where you can swim and have very nice cocktails!

What I always look for in a stay is the 'locality' of the place - how to tell that I am in this city and not the other. I find that in La Luna - from the exterior design, the interior decor and the breakfast choices. The staff werw super gentle and helpful, they gave a lot of good advices around the town and arranged show tickets as well as transportation. This will be my go-to hotel in Hoi An.

I could not recommend the Laluna Hotel and Spa highly enough. The staff were exceptional (special thanks to Nam) who looked after all our needs and bookings with a smile every day. The Hotel is perfectly situated just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the Old Historic Town and overlooking the riverfront. The rooms are clean and immaculate. This was our 5th stay in Hoi An and easily the best value Hotel we have stayed at.

We had an excellent 3 nights here in April/May, during a long humid heatwave. The staff were very attentive, friendly but not pushy. The pool was always welcoming and had space for us, as well as being pretty serene. Service was always with a smile and prompt. We had one gripe about the AC but that was taken on board and dealt with happily, what more can you ask! Would stay again for sure
