The night receptionist was very helpful and informative. Hotel facilities looks new and clean. The only thing that was bad was the innโ€™s late night check-in guidelines. Our flight was delayed and because of this policy, I have uncomfortable and worried during my entire flight. It sure dampen my enthusiasm of the trip.

Room is spacious. Can take free shuttle to Sofitel Pointa19 and a few minutes walk. Around the areas got food and near to Sendaco Square. Quiet as well.

I booked a Superior room with a queen size double bed, but when we arrived we got a room with two small single beds instead. I told the staff about this but they said they don't have any Superior rooms with big beds. When I told them that they should change the pictures and description they didn't respond.
