Veneti Suites accommodated our family for a one night stay when other hotel rooms wouldn’t allow the space needed. It was close to where we needed to be for several events. The entrance of the hotel is in a dead end. This part is a very very little scary. But the rooms, general cleanliness and the location is perfect. You can walk every place from the fortress, Nicole Tesla Museum, Sava and the eating places. JUST CENTER OF ALL. I would prefer again.

Wifi is sketchy, doesn't always work. Everything was included in the room, but it's a very small room that we had, so had to be careful walking around not to bang a toe. The configuration of the bathroom with glass and curtain makes it so that you hear everything, so not ideal for budding couples. No plugs available at the desk, but many around the bed. Great location.

Location was excellent. Room was very small and located next to reception so around 7.30am every morning was noise. Found Luka on reception to be rude as when I asked him to help show me how tv works he seemed more interested in listening to his phone. I felt I was interrupting him. Where as the lady on reception in day time was the opposite. She was so pleasant and friendly. Room was very small and there was a smell from bathroom. Bed was comfortable

The place is OKAY, but the staff will get all rude and belligerent when you ask them to refund a transfer from the airport for which the driver never showed up. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

Çalışanlar, sorduğumuz her konuda geri dönüş sağladı; ancak genel tavırları oldukça soğuk ve aşırı kuralcıydı. Temizlik açısından otel gayet iyiydi. Konumu ise merkeze yakın olup yürüyerek veya toplu taşıma ile kolayca ulaşılabilir durumdaydı. Bu açıdan tercih edilebilir. The staff responded to all of our questions; however, their overall attitude was quite cold and overly strict. In particular, when we asked something, they repeatedly emphasized rules by adding phrases like “police,” which made us feel uncomfortable and uneasy as tourists in a foreign country. Even though we are people who follow rules, this approach was quite off-putting. Therefore, we were not fully satisfied with our stay. We also would have expected the staff to be more friendly. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel was quite good. Its location was close to the city center and easily accessible on foot or by public transportation, which makes it a preferable option in that regard.
