Very nice and competent staff, well appointed and spacious corner room. Quiet and functional as well as well equipped for work, rest and in room dining & relaxing. Breakfast service was good, too - and the whole property just conveys class without being overbearing or giving off a "fake luxury feel". The staff are genuinely happy to see the guests, and I had a lot ofun learning Bahasa from them and being greeted by friendly smiles. Excellent stay, and I will.be back for sure.

Beautiful hotel with so friendlly staff where ever you meet them in the property. The hotel is attached to a big mall-Pondok Indah Mall with lots of good restaurants. The breakfast menu at Sugar & Spice is so many and delicious with attentive waiters/waitresses--one of them is RISQI who served me diligently during my 5 days stay. I'll be staying again at this hotel.

Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. Thank you to the entire Intercontinental Pondok Indah hotel staff for giving us such memorable and wonderful stay.
