Palazzo Caruso is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Rome…close to so many monuments and sights. The staff, Jino and Louisa are the best…warm, friendly, caring and helpful. While we did not have breakfast in the hotel (we have in prior visits)….it is very fresh and plentiful. Our room was beautifully appointed and clean. It was very cold in Rome this January, but the Palazzo Caruso heating system was wonderful and kept us warm and cozy when in our room. Whenever in Roma….we will stay at the Palazzo Caruso on Barberini Piazza. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Eternal City.

We had a lovely stay . The views are stunning from the property. The breakfast was very nice if basic. Staff very pleasant. Access road is the width of one car so complicated if you meet an oncoming vehicle. Overall its four stars.
