Modern, clean, sharp place. Properly beautiful grounds. 5 restaurants, at least 3 bars. Rooms, are vast, better equipped than most flats and have excellent terraces, some with private pools, but all are enormous and private.

Wonderful place to stay.

This hotel is fabulous. It imposes its pristine white futuristic bulk on the skyline behind chi-chi La Caleta. It’s reception is straight out of James Bond. It’s facilities are impressive. It’s accommodation generous and wonderful to stay in. It is a marvellous place to come to for a holiday.

A standout experience, better than most

Excellent accommodations. Extremely clean and new feeling with decor. Staff is perfect, consistent pleasantness across the team. Food is very good too. Upper level restaurants can be difficult to book, basically need reservations before we even arrived which is a bit disappointing. 2 on-site michelin restaurants but they have dress codes that youre not quote ready for if youve set yourself up just for a beach destination. So pack your chinos and dress shoes if you want that option. Two aodes of hotel offers you adults only or for families. So it's nice for couples that need an escape.

Had a really wonderful stay here for a week in November. The hotel is beautiful and having the kitchen in the rooms makes it so easy to grab a quick lunch/dinner if you don’t feel like eating out. I tried the restaurant by the pool and the Italian restaurant during my stay and both were excellent. I look forward to coming back again when the sister hotel is open and trying the restaurants there. The staff were all wonderful and those who manage the pool area were particularly good at making you feel welcome and looked after. Everyone is really good at following the virus guidelines and I felt really safe the whole time. Look forward to coming back!

Everyone was super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was gorgeous and super comfy, with everything we could possibly want. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from our room was stunning. We loved the pool and the gym—they were really well-maintained and perfect for relaxing or getting in a workout. The food at the hotel restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet. There were so many delicious options to choose from. What really stood out was how the hotel combined luxury with a laid-back, friendly vibe. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, and we really appreciated the personal touch. Wir waren in einem exklusiven Penthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, großem Wohnzimmer, Küche und traumhaftem Balkon mit eigenem Pool und tollem Blick über die Anlage und das Meer. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist gleichzeitig modern und gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem Balkon ist eine Sitzecke, ein großer Esstisch, mehrere Sonnenliegen, der Pool, so dass man auch ganze Tage im Appartement verbringen möchte. Hervorzuheben ist der Service des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Stets ist ein Mitarbeiter zur Stelle, um Hilfen anzubieten oder Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Auswahl der Speisen unübertroffen und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die Restaurants sind ausgezeichnet, sollten aber frühzeitig gebucht werden, um einen Platz zu erhalten. Die Anlage ist architektonisch eine Augenweide mit gepflegter Außenanlage, schönem Pool und kleiner Einkaufspassage. Das Hotel ist in zwei Bereiche geteilt, einer für Familien und einer nur für Erwachsene. Dies gilt auch für die Pools und die Restaurants. Our suite was spacious, quite well equipped, very clean & comfortable. The balcony overlooks the sea and was very quiet and sheltered from the wind. Kettle and coffee maker in room, daily top up of tea/coffee and water. Good sized fridge. Cooker not easy to figure out but works well when you get it going. Restaurants-good variety and excellent staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing, mostly COVID safe servings -granola, nuts,seeds and dried fruit still have shared spoons- but everything else is safe. Our server Melody was very attentive and remembered our preferences. Angie and Justyna were so cheery and welcoming that breakfast felt like coming home. Justyna went above and beyond, making my birthday particularly special and helping a lot with my dairy allergy. We felt very cared for, not just another customer. Pools- all lovely and clean, no hot tub. Plenty of loungers at starfish but just a few with cushions. Upstairs Andreas will look after you! The nearby area is lovely for walking along the beach and over the cliffs. Lots of para sailing. We also did a whale watching tour with Monte Christo which was very good- saw pilot whales, fintail whale and turtle. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby, good bus service, some nice restaurants in the town (walking distance)- our favourite was the Chinese on the front called Restaurante 88. For all these restaurants you must book- don’t wait til you get there, book in advance or you’ll be eating at 9pm.

Wunderschönes, futuristisches Gebäude

Wir hatten eine Delux-Suite gebucht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist sehr gross aber leider sowohl vom Pool wie den oberen Balkonen einsichtig. Das Bad und das Schlafzimmer sind schön. Es hat genügend Schränke und Stauraum. Leider ist alles etwas schief montiert, die Schubladen klemmen, die Schrankbeleuchtung funktioniert nur teilweise, die Schränke im Wohnzimmer sind so krumm, lassen sich kaum öffnen, Fernseher völlig schräg montiert. Das Personal ist sehr nett, nur die Manager die sich am Frühstücksbuffet täglich verpflegen sind sehr hochnäsig und bringen kein Wort über die Lippen. Das Houskeeping funktioniert schlecht, mussten mehrmals anrufen damit das Zimmer überhaupt gereinigt wurde. Die Krumen auf dem Teppich lagen die gamze Woche da. Kaffeerahm, Zucker haben wir uns selber zusammen suchen müssen, denn das hatten die Damen nie dabei. Die Minibar wurde nur am ersten Tag gefüllt, den Rest der Woche wurde nichts nachgefüllt. Die Poollandschaften beider Hotels sind schön gemacht und wenn dann mal alles fertig bepflanzt ist, ist es bestimmt wunderbar. Leider ist auch die Garage nicht fertig in dem Gebäude in dem die grossen Suiten sind. Man muss immer ums "ganze Quartier" laufen, mühsam. Im ganzen Hotel wimmelt es nur so von Handwerkern und um 9 wirds laut da oft gebohrt wird, ausschlafen ist nicht.
