Disappointing

The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again.

The staffs the building the beauty of ghe city were very great .if i eve stay in Mardin i will stay in the same hotel again.very spacious and beautiful built in 1275 and many may caravans were staying in tbis building.

While the building itself is pretty and the staff do their best, my stay here did not meet my expectations. My guide and I were here for two nights and at no time during my stay was there running water in my shower and the water pressure in the sink faucet was weak. The floor has grit on it in the bathroom. Further, basic amenities like a glass or cup in the bathroom, a towel rack or a hair dryer were non-existent. The doors are not well-fitted meaning any noise from the corridor or hallway is loud and clear as if it were in the room. We reported there was no shower water and that the light over the mirror in the bathroom was not working and nothing was done to fix them. We requested more water be put in my room but that didn’t happen. I’ve never given a hotel a bad review before but this was disappointing. It would have been appropriate to be given so compensation or a refund for even one night, given that I couldn’t wash properly for my entire stay.

Mais le service n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on pouvait s’attendre : - le petit déjeuner est servi à l’assiette sur des nappes sales avec des chats errants dans la salle à manger - la wi-fi n’a jamais fonctionnée - la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, - la salle de bain : pas de lumière au-dessus tu lavabo, on n’a pas eu d’eau le matin du deuxième jour et le soir du deuxième jour. Parfois il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Expérience extrêmement décevante.

Deniz hanım bize çok yardımcı oldukendisine teşekkür ediyoruz ancak otel temizlik konusunda vasattı havlular da önceki müşterilerden kalma saçlar vardı banyosu kirliydi oda da kirliydi. Temizlik çok kötüydü, kahvaltı temizlikten de kötüydü. Yataktan ölü sinekler ve karıncalar çıktı. Çarşaflarda ve yastık kılıflarında siyah, çifte benzer yapışkan lekeler vardı. Ayrıca otelin jeneratörü yok, sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde elektrik kesintisi nden dolayı restoran karanlıktı ve hiçbirşey hazır değildi. Kahvaltı diye birşey yoktu. Otelin fiyatı muadillerine göre uygun ve çalışanlar ellerinden geldiğince herşeye yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar, zaten, otek iyi yanı çalışanların güleryüzlü ve yardımsever olmasıydı. Özetle otelin daha alması gereken çok yol var, Mardinin bu bölgesinde çok daha fazla ve çok daha iyi alternatifler var, ben birdaha kesinlikle tercih etmem.

Fotoğraflarda gösterilen odayı bize vermediler. Bizi bitişik olan başka bir otelde konaklamak zorunda bıraktılar. Odanın tabanından sürekli taş dökülüyordu ve oda küf kokuyordu. Klima çalışmıyordu küçük bir soba verdiler, yeterli olmadığını söylememize rağmen bize başka soba veya battaniye vermediler. Banyonun kapısı kapanıyordu, odanın kapısını kapatmak için çıkan seslede bütün otel uyanabilir. İğrenç bir deneyimdi. Sabaha kadar titredik kıyafetlerimizi üst üste giymek zorunda kaldık.
