Checking in at assigned time of 3:00 was not accurate at all. Found the lobby to be very crowded, when I got in the very long check in line, one of the staff member ask for my information, than entered into their info terminal, he stated I could choose to wait in line which was over a half hour to 40 minute wait, or return in an hour when the lines won’t be as bad. I chose to return in an hour, but my family wanted to wait indoors, so we returned to the lobby, we were allowed to check in at 4:00pm. I have never in all my travels around the world, have to wait over an hour to check in to my Hotel. The Hotel staff was pleasant, in most cases. Our room was very nice and clean, but we had a
Substantial leak from the main rooms AC overflow. The Hotel wanted to relocate us, we decided to stay since we had already unpacked our clothes and stocked the kitchen. The leak was contained by the Hotel staff with buckets and towels. It was an acceptable compromise since the area involved was behind the living room furniture.
The property had a lot of restaurants, with good accessibility, a convenience store close to our room. There was no contactless checkout, I had to go to the lobby to checkout, I needed to present my credit card so they could refund my deposit, a deposit I wasn’t expecting when checking in. We’re glad to move on to the next property,
