Lugar agradável, ambiente familiar, sempre tudo muito limpinho,não posso deixar de agradecer o atendimento da Andreia e Wesley, ja tive experiência por email e WhatsApp por outra pessoa e deixou a desejar, sem fazer muita questão em agradar o hóspede, porem essas duas pessoas , se destacaram em ser solicito e isso faz muita diferença.

Quarto ok. Chuveiro ok. Área de lazer com piscina tbm ok. Café-da- manhã péssimo sem opções, cheio de moscas e ainda tinha uma barata morta no chão ao lado da nossa mesa. Fechamos duas diárias e na segunda não descemos para tomar café depois da péssima experiência do primeiro dia. Tristeum hotel tão bonito ter decaído tanto, pois viemos a primeira vez há 3 anos e tudo estava excelente.

Os quartos terreos que fica próximo a piscina é bem complicado, pois a area da piscina fica um som alto o tempo todo , por ser hotel e não um clube achei isso bem ruim , pra quem tem bebê é bem complicado acorda toda hora devido o barulho , ou ate mesmo p gente descansar, não tem condições, se precisar fazer home office, atrapalha bastante tbm.

Nossa hospedagem foi somente de uma diária (casal) que atendeu nossa necessidade. Estrutura do hotel no geral é boa, suite espaçosa (cama queen/ suíte 138) porém necessita de reforma (piso antigo/danificado pelo uso... Café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade .
