飯店的管理令人失望！ 首先，在訊息傳達上非常沒有效率：由於3/27下午6:30抵達機場後需趕赴龍興餐廳6:30開始的晚宴，自己沒託運行李，也必須確保司機不遲到，並將我送到餐廳而非安一（最後由我在晚宴結束自行後步行至旅館）。一次次事前以文字在Expedia上留言、電話提醒前檯小姐、確認接機事宜，當晚司機似乎完全沒取得重要資訊，且竟讓我在載客處等候到晚上7:00才上車。 當晚住宿經驗也差，因511房的空調完全廢物：空有旋鈕，無法改變溫度不打緊，連調整風量和關閉都不行，結果送風音量讓人一夜難眠。何以在賓客入住前沒確認房內基本設施功能？若這不叫擺爛，也是視而不見，罔顧賓客權益的行徑。 另一方面，司機柳先生的態度和飯店早餐品質令人滿意；或許因為這因素將讓我日後不排除再次選擇住宿於安一。

很糟糕的住宿飯店！

本次住宿令人十分不愉快，本預訂住8天後來覺得無法再忍受便提前退房： 1.服務櫃檯人員態度不有善，2.房務做的很差，毛巾都常是半乾，打開後有毛髮沾留在上面 3.我們用後的杯子沒有清洗直接放在茶盤中 4.鞋子也沒整理放好 5.早餐菜色不佳，菜都是冷的沒有開啟保溫設備，向櫃檯反應2天都沒改善，我們就自行出外購買早餐。這樣住宿服務真是十分糟糕，明明有停車位可以供住宿房客使用，櫃檯人員卻一直要我們去停其他地區當我們提出要提前退房時櫃台人員十分不友善，以後有機會也不會再入住，同時也不會推薦親友入住，奉勸日後有意入住旅客要審慎考量，這家真的是糟糕透了。
