"The property is well maintained and cleaned around the clock. Towels are changed daily. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. The tours can easily be arranged by the front desk. The food is excellent. Free breakfast was a great plus with a wide selection of meals. But the most outstanding thing about Saga Hotel is it's Staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and would go above and beyond their roles. One night, we arrived late for dinner and the kitchen staff was gracious enough to cook for us. That was greatly appreciated. When my mom stayed behind in her room because she wasn't feeling well, your staff gave her tea and porridge and checked in on her. All these acts of kindness are seldom found in the service industry. We highly recommend The Saga Hotel Hoi An. We'll definitely stay again if we go back in Vietnam."

"Enjoyed our stay, the location was excellent with great views across the river. The room was large when very comfortable, the downside was at breakfast where due to the large number of children staying it was exceptionally noisy, this was also the case it the pool later in the afternoon. If you want a quiet time look for another property as the kids pool is next to the adult pool."

"This hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were always helpful. The food was outstanding. The room was exactly what you'd need for a room and it was so close to town and the sights. I was able to utilise the free bike to visit the surrounding areas, eat food by the pool and my room, the front of house staff gave a map to show key points of interest and helped with your packages. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
