L hôtel a annulé ma resa quelques heures avant mon arrivée et m’a relogée dans un autre hôtel ! Qui n’était pas d’un hôtel mais une chambre pourrie dans un appartement … Je vais faire réclamation auprès de vos services car je pense que je n’étais pas dans les mêmes conditions que l hôtel réserve !

The location is central, however the place itself is not quite comfortable to stay. The family member of the owner live there. Its likes and Airbnb place than a guest house. The cleaning routine is way below the average.

On 16 of Jul arrived hotel around 1115 but door was closed and pressed door bell no get through call the phone unable to reached. I did wait till 11:45 then I find the other hotel to stay 1st night paid 100 Euro. It was terrible night who going to responsible about it?

Very bad experience.i have booked room with 2 twin beds, it appears that there is no such room in this guest house and all the rooms contain 4 or more beds.the responsible man was ...............??!!

Fuimos dos dias y donde nos hicieron el checking estaba todo sucio tirado y olia mal,por suerte al tener habitación con baño privado nos bajaron al piso d abajo donde vivía una ciudadana china y alli no estuvimos mal del todo,era todo mas limpio y olia bien,lo mejor la cercanía a la estación d termini.

Incrível staff

Fiquei duas noites no hotel. Simples, mas confortável. Ótimo custo-benefício, e próximo a estação. Café incluso (self service), e há a possibilidade de usar a cozinha. A equipe muito simpática, especialmente a Marta. Super recomendo.

hotelkamer in zeer slechte staat!

Toen we toekwamen op het geboekte adres nam een vrouw ons mee naar een andere locatie. Dit hotel was in zeer slechte staat! Op de boeking werden er 5sterren geboden, maar deze kamer was nog geen ster waard! Hele vuile badkamer, waar er gebruikte wc-papier stond, er waren geen handdoeken voorzien wat nochtans beloofd werd. In douche lag er haar, ik heb er zelfs niet gedoucht. Ook de gootsteen was er heel vies, met geoxideerde kraan. Ontbijt was vreselijk! Fruitsap moesten we zelf persen, er lagen zelfs beschimmelde sinaasappelen in de frigo! We konden (harde) croissants krijgen die verpakt waren. Onze bedden werden nooit ververst! Een kamergenoot die de kamer verliet voor een andere gast, ook dit bed werd niet ververst! Het bed werd gewoon opgemaakt, toen ik dit zag heb ik gewoon op het bed geslapen, niet onder de lakens. De kamer was heel vuil, er lagen oude flesjes van andere gasten en haar gel. Slechtste hotel waar ik ooit heb overnacht!

No recomendado

Pesimo, no recomiendo este lugar, las fotos nose parecen en nada. No es un hotel ni hostal. Es un departamento donde el dueño alquila habitaciones. Cuandi llegamos olia feo y encima eran viendo pornografia. Habia otra gente hospedada ahi. No nos quedamos, buscamos un hotel.

Dá para dormir com segurança

Não tomei café, não consegui usar WiFi, minha cama estava ocupada por outra pessoa quando voltei de outra viagem, mesmo tendo deixado minha bagagem no quarto. colchão mole para minha coluna. Não tem elevador. mais dá pra dormir, local do hotel bem localizado.

Prenoto una notte al magic plac guest house in via Mamiani ma all'arrivo (17:00) mi viene detto che la camera non era pronta e mi portano in un'altra struttura lí vicino. Camera: Letto matrimoniale con lenzuola pulite (non stirate) corredato di 2 coperte singole della nonna. Piccola scrivania piena di briciole ovunque con sopra pogiata una ciabatta elettrica alla quale era collegato un lumino. Forse per il filo troppo corto era stata fatta una legatura alla meno peggio con del nastro isolante. Armadi in legno mal messi con ante tutte storte e sopra una valigia di chissà chi, abbandonata. TV 14" a tubo catodico che emetteva strani rumori quando accesa. Bagno: molto sporco anche quello. Lavandino con rubinetteria totalmente ossidata, doccia rialzata da terra almeno 30cm piccola e scomoda soprattutto per le persone alte (si sbatte la testa sul soffione). Detergente (chissà di che tipo) fornito all'interno di un dispenser rotto. Bidet non pervenuto. Asciugamani peggio della carta vetrata. Colazione: su un tavolo rotondo si trovava una macchinetta del caffè (orribile ed annacquato), dei contenitori con cereali, zucchero e palettine di plastica (non confezionate) e le tazze per caffè o latte. In una dispensa, invece, cornetti (o brioche) duri come la pietra, crostatine del Carrefour e della pseudo-Nutella senza etichetta e col fondo del barattolo bianchiccio. Wi-Fi: buono finché è durato. Al rientro in camera alle 22 già non funzionava più. Assolutamente sconsigliatissimo

lack of kindness and professionaity

first of all I did not sleep there and I did not cancel the booking but the scenario was so bad that I wish I had to booked in the first place. I arrived from Eur and wanted a bed to sleep and rest. In Via Mamiani 13 there was a bell with a couple of numbers. Had to wait quite q while before anybody would answer the various phone numbers. Eventually a young guy came along and told me that this was not the place and he would take me somewhere else. I was already skeptical. Going towards Piazza Vittorio Emanuele we came to a property where to say it was shabby, it was an understatement. Entering via a narrow corridor into a kitchen where it was smelling strongly of food, dirty dishes, men dressed very casual still having their food. I was asked for a document and then requested to pay fees for towels and city tax. Since I had a confirmation that was saying no "tasse niente oneri, tutto interamente pagato I suggested he had a look at the invoice on my phone. The manager said I would need to follow him in the office and check on his system. I suggested I would phone Hotels.com to clear the matter. And to me paying another 8.50 was not the problem, rather the kitchen full of dishes, hanged washing under ware and more, socks but more than anything else the lack of kindness and the suggestion he would call the police. I asked if they had a towel. Wanted to have a shower but when I saw the bedroom I was pretty put off. There girls were sleeping in there and the place not good

Un desastre total

Avisamos un dia antes al propietario que nuestro vuelo llegaba a las 22hs, el.dia de la llegada lo contactamos nuevamente y nos dijo que el no tenia empleados que nos reciban, tuvimos que dormir en otro hotel, hoteles tampoco me dio una solucion. Al siguiente dia fuimos a la direccion establecida y nos mandaron a una nueva direccion. La habitacion no tenia aire, ni tv pantalla plana, como indica la descripcion, con 40 grados de calor y dos ventiladores minusculos.

Good for budget travellers

The neighborhood is a bit messy but the guesthouse is alright. Quite good for a budget option. I booked for 5night and they asked me once to move to their other guest house in the third night, kind of weird and unreasonable. Except that everything's fine.

Hostel limpio, buena ubicación, excelente atención
