A "bed and breakfast" without breakfast. I suppose that's better than a B&B without a bed, but still. :) Other than that, the room is very clean and comfortable. You just have to hope your neighbors are quiet, though, because there's no soundproofing between rooms.

A Good place for a couple nights

The room was meant to sleep in. No extras. The bed was uncomfortable. I think it’s time for a new mattress. Bus stop was right out front. The lady in Reception that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

The apartment is in very good location, in walking distance from the city centre and with parking facilities. Sandra was very attentive in providing information and assisting where she could. The elevator is useless if you have a big suitcase as it is really really small na narrow. Also the room was small, without fridge and in essence there was no possibility to have even a breakfast as in the common area there was only a table, chairs and a counter with a coffee machine, a dispenser for capsules at 1 euro each, tea, paper glasses, cutlery and a boiler for water. No sink available, so if you wanted to drink water you either had to have bottles in the common fridge or use the WC tap next to the counter. Also there were no plates or bowls. Overall I would say a mediocre stay.

Location is great, super easy to walk into the city center. However, we also ran out of toilet paper which was never replaced, as well as no clean towels in 4 days.

Close to main sights to see in the primary palazzo of Bologna. Quiet. Clean. Not much in the way of amenities though. We had to have a key to get into the room that had a mini fridge, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, OK I would recommend that the. And be changed as it implied a provided breakfast, which was not the case.

As a supposed B&B it is truly a disappointment. The check in process is ineffective; no information was provided by the staff in advance of our arrival. The rooms are designed within former apartments; the place makes you feel like you are staying inside a train station. Rooms are not properly maintained and paint on the walls need upkeep. It’s fairly convenient to center of Bologna; providing you like to walk. Probably serves best for people in desperate need of a room while visiting a patient at nearby hospital. We do not recommend this “B&B” at all! Not a place to stay if you are just a visitor to Bologna looking for a restful place while in the city…

Do not stay here...believe me...

I am the least foo foo person I know, and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. The positives were it was clean and the woman who checked us in was lovely and helpful. It was the the most bare room ever. There were no cups, no extra tp, no Kleenex, no curtains, only a sheer window covering, 1 folding chair, 2 small night stands and some built in shelves. The mattress was broken down so i sank in the middle of it. The shower was plugged and wouldn't drain. I stood in 2 inches of water until I dug into the drain and pulled out a bunch of hair. There was a room we could go to to get hot water for tea, but no coffee. I was told it's been a month since the coffee machine broke. No instant coffee or breakfast. There were cups in that room for tea that I used in the room. I bought my own instant coffee. It was noisy and we didn't have any housekeeping service. It seemed that every cost was cut at the expense of providing any ammenities that are usually provided. I whole heartedly do not recommend this place. I am very puzzled by the good reviews. This was better than sleeping outside, but not much.

Venligt personale og ok værelse med bad, men ingen mulighed for at tilberede mad ell drikke. Nespresso maskine (€1 pr kop) og et lillebitte køleskab til fælles for alle værelserne, man skulle tage vand fra håndvasken på toilettet (vandet smager afskyeligt for en Dansker, - husk at købe et par liter med, også til nespressoen). Jeg savnede en køkkenvask, lidt service og en elkedel, men der var heldigvis flere gode caféer i nærheden, og restauranter i gåafstand. Det var nemt nok at gå ind til centrum, og offentlig transport til og fra lufthavnen var også ok, omend ikke helt pålidelig (tag af sted i god tid, hvis I skal nå tog/fly), men det sidste stykke fra bussen til Bentivoglio om aftenen, med bagage på brostenene, var lidt belastende.
