"Nico the manager/receptionist/concierge was great. He was very welcoming when we arrived. He already had the beds arraigned for our unique sleeping requirements. He facilitated transportation to our tours and generally made the stay remarkable. The hotel itself was immaculate, everything was clean and sparkling. Though small the hotel had everything we needed and was located far enough from the main thoroughfare to eliminate noise but close enough to be convenient. Overall a great stay at a nice friendly hotel to enhance our Galapagos vacation."
