The hotel staff were very friendly, and most of all, it was easy to use BTS because it was near Ekamai Station and Phra khanong Station

Pros: Room tidy and well presented. The staff were very friendly. Good location to the BTS. Suitable for a night or two. Cons: I accepted a window room knowing it would be noisier as it was street facing, but wanted it for the daylight. Sadly, there was no daylight as there was a big panel covering the window. It also had a random door which seemed the be the source of the noise being let in. Shower curtain full of mould and actual shower head needs soaking to unblock the nodules where the water sprays from. TV not usable, wouldn't connect to wifi and unable to search for channels via the aerial. Overall, probably wouldn't book here again but was fine for the 2 nights I spent there.

Staff were very friendly and nice especially the front counter guy. However, perhaps the timing of my visit was not great as there were towels lining part of the walkway to the lift in the lobby as something seem to be leaking. There were no hot water in my shower. Very limited dining options within the hotel, though walking to the nearest is not too far.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable however we were unable to get any sleep as it sounded like there were rats/other rodents in the walls. We could hear scratching, scurrying and whimpering noises all night.
