Very comfortable bed and reasonably sized room with street view. The location is best with two subway stations and hustling restaurant streets of Gangnam within walking distance. We love the breakfast buffet very much and the free night ramen. The oxen experience is awesome. Definitely will come back.

Cozy hotel with Onsen in the middle of Gangnam

I spent 8 nights at the Dormy Inn Gangnam in January . The Onsen and Sauna were perfect for the wintertime. I have stayed at this hotel several times before as well as other hotels of this chain. I like the cozy atmosphere and the free ramen soup in the evening are a nice touch, though I missed it most nights. The breakfast ist very good and includes Asian as well as some Western items. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located less than a5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. The nearest food street with lots of restaurants is the same distance.

15階のSuperior Queenに泊まりました。 日本のドーミーインにはまだ泊まったことが無いのですが、温泉はもちろん館内着や夜鳴きそばなど日本を感じられるサービスが良かったです。室内はとても綺麗にハウスキーピングされておりました。 スタッフの皆様がとても丁寧で礼儀正しく、非常に好印象でした。 女性用の浴室では、各シャワー横に小さなゴミ箱があったことがささやかですがありがたい心遣いでした。 私は歯ブラシ等single use plasticを減らす活動には賛成なので、アメニティが少ないことも気になりませんでした。 少し気になったのは、館内着に大きなシミがついていて糸のほつれが目立ったことと、エレベーターの数が部屋数に対して少ないかな？(待つことも多かったので)ということでしたが、全体的にはとても満足でした。素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。

エアコンのノイズがうるさすぎて寝れない

エアコンを止めるとノイズが発生してうるさくて寝てられませんでした。室内の状況をビデオに撮って午前3時にフロントに申告したら別部屋を準備してしてくれました。 フロントの方はよく対応してくれましたが、泊まった部屋は修理してますし、次に宿泊した際には同じ部屋には案内しませんと言ってましたが、そういう問題ではないんですよ。それなりの海外のホテルで夜にぐっすり寝れるのは最低限、保障させるべきだと思うので次は無いです。
