Perfect location. We loved stepping out into the beautiful cobblestone roads just steps to piazza di Spagna. The room was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. Our room was the top floor so it was many steps no elevator. It was ok for us with carry on luggage and teens loved the treck up. Ha!

Good location, not far to walk to most attractions, and only a short walk to the Spanish Steps and there a many restaurants nearby. The rooms were quite good, though the internet on the wifi was terrible.... We parked in the suggested parking Ludovisi, which was about a 15 min walk (Spanish steps on route) Our Family room was on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift. The entry to the apartments in not very obvious - you need to find the correct street number,and then you will see the doorbell which has the apartment name written on it.

He gave us tips about the local area in Rome and the surrounding area is fantastic! A+ stay and hotel experience! Excellent property for its location. Central to all the sights. Very clean. However, note that there are mo elevators and it has many stairs which are very steep. There is also no help wifh luggage. This was quiet difficult, especially since we were on the 4th floor.

The location was perfect for our stay in Rome. Approximately 2 minutes from Spanish steps and close to Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were exceptional and nothing was a problem for them. Spoke perfect English which was very helpful. We stayed for 3 nights in one room then moved on to Naples and Pompeii before returning for a further night which was in a different room. Both rooms were very clean with plenty of towels and shampoo/shower gel. Air con also very good which was required as it was very hot. I would definitely stay here again.

There were cafes at the plaza which was within walking distance. Loved the tram service, it was easy and convenient to go to the main train station. The historic center was a longer walk, but I enjoyed the walk and the fact that it was quiet.

Terrible

The air conditioning didn’t work. The room was over 80 degrees. I was not provided a solution. I had to leave and find another hotel to stay at during an international stay. I was denied a refund. This place is awful stay far away. There are plenty of better options
