Great stay for New Year’s Eve. Perfect location with walking distance to the French quarter and bourbon street. Only downside as the elevator in the public parking next door was down, which has nothing to do with the hotel but just a heads up that you may want to valet if you have mobility issues.

Roaches in the kitchen. Bathroom sink was clogged. We were told we could do late checkout and then informed morning of that it won’t be available. Luggage “on hold” was placed in an open space with anyone to access. Rooms were large & accommodating. Breakfast was standard. It was a bit out of the way. Homeless people were constantly in the corner of the building.
