Feedback

The room was very cold - no proper heating system just a portable radiator which I could not connect the first time as the plug next to my bed was broken. The AC did not work, the room was very dark and there was no hot water. 4G is not working, only close to the window and the WIFI connection is not stable. The Staff said there is no issue in the building and the heating starts at 8 PM (There is no radiator in the room at all)

Not good check in experience

It is good for the price, the only problem we had is that we didn't receive a notification that after 5 pm reception is closed, and we didn't know what to do. Fortunately, one guest was going out and he explains that we should call hotel personnel to get instructions, key for the room was there but needed instructions

The location and the stuff was very good. Very kind and service minded stuff. The location is very nice with 10-15 minutes walk to coloseum and fontana di trevi. The bed was good to sleep in and the room was clean and nice. The bad thing was that the wifi didn't worked in the room which was a big minus.

Good location, very affordable, clean. My single room was very small (the bed was basically at the doorway) and awkwardly-shaped, but very affordable. Wifi in my room wasn't great. Staff were ok. Overall, good experience.
