We got this at fairly late notice for the weekend and it was cheap. It's a good location and effectively a small flat, so I think it's unfair to completely pan it for what we paid. Also, no concerns with the staff either. Utilities work fine. Property was not that clean; blonde hairs on the floor in hallway, pubes in the bathroom. Also spider webs. It was really hot. Maybe not so bad in winter. It was by a busy road, so if you choose to stay here then bring earplugs. A lot of the blinds were torn and the window handle was broken. The toilet door handle was put on weird and the wardrobe was wonky. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable as was the bed. Corridors stank of cigarette smoke covered up with cheap body spray. I guess not everyone was following their no smoking policy. Black mould in the shower, though shower had good water pressure. Great location besides the noise. You can walk to the shopping centre and bars in minutes.Also a Sainsburys Local close by. Very much student accommodation slum landlord vibes, but it's cheap and did the job. Please see photos attached. Just trying to set expectations as everyone has different standards and wants from accommodation.

We recently stayed at this apartment for a weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, with special thanks to the general manager who kept in touch before and after our visit, making us feel truly valued. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short break or a city stay. Comfortable, convenient, and excellent service, perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Room was nothing like the photographs. Noise coming from somewhere and the smell was quite bad in corridor and the room. The management moved me to a better apartment. Again there was a bad smell but no noise this time. The knobs for the cooker and hobs were missing or broke and I left the property itching at bites from staying there.

It’s about all the surrounding, it’s unsafe for a family or kids, please avoid unless your desperate. Lots of drug dealers and dodgy people there asking me where to find drugs. I trusted hotels.com but now I’m very not sure about your ratings and I genuinely don’t understand how this place can have a 7/10.

The worst hotel I have ever been too.

Rooms were dirty and stank of stale cigarettes, had the smell of weed coming under my door from my neighbours, beds were rock solid and stank of fags, neighbours were loud throughout the night, sick in the hallway in the night, not cleaned until morning as no staff work here after 5pm. We booked for 4 nights only stayed 2 because we couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel has been turned into a homless hostel with clientele that have absolutely no respect for the property or other tennants. I feel sorry for the owner in all honesty. Also 99% sure the cleaners are smoking in the rooms as they're cleaning them as the smell was so fresh in one of the rooms that was being cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here, you will feel safer and cleaner on the street.

チェックインは少し戸惑いました。建物に到着した際 に、指定された番号に電話をしましたが自動音声が流れるだけでオペレーターに繋いでくれなかったのです。戸惑っていると中から他の住民が出てきたので、とりあえず建物の中には入ることができました。 レセプションには誰もいませんでしたが、とてもフレンドリーなホストがオフィスから出てきて迎え入れてくれました。彼はとても役に立ちました。チェックインの時間を迎えていましたが、まだ部屋は準備中とのことだったので、私の荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。彼にはとても感謝しています。 部屋の清潔さについては問題が多かったです。広さは申し分ありませんが、古い家具ときちんと清掃されていないバスルームやベッドシーツ、カバンで埃がついているタオル、そして毛玉だらけのソファは座るのをためらいました。ベッドシーツは一見清潔そうに見えますが、ベッドに横たわると小さな埃や黒い砂のような細かいゴミで手触りが悪かったですし、一度それを叩かなければなりませんでした。バスルームもとても古く、機能はしていましたが、無視されたカビの汚れは不快でした。シャワーを浴びていると大きなカビの破片がぽろぽろと落ちてくるのです。なんて不快なことでしょうか… 私の部屋は幹線道路側でした。覚悟はしていましたが、窓を閉めても想像以上の騒音でした。すべての窓を閉めていたにもかかわらず、家族との電話中に、彼らから私が外にいるのかどうかとたずねられるほどでした。あなたは車のクラクションの音で夜中に何度も目を覚ますでしょう。 結果として、ホストは素晴らしい男性でした。フレンドリーで役に立ちました。しかし部屋は不快なものでした。一泊£85を支払って誰かの古くて清掃のされていない家に泊まらなければなりませんでした。これからはアパートメントの使用は避けようと思います。一泊£70のPremier Innにするべきでした…。もしあなたが騒音と不潔で不快な環境に問題がないのであれば、ロケーションはとても便利です。
