Good value for the money, great location, st dennis street has great reastaurants, fast food, more fast food at place desjardins , washrooms, great seating in the sun out front on st catherins watch crowds go by on macdonalds or coffee shop or retarurant patios, 10 minute walk for both, its in the latin quarter jazz fest area, little scary at night so be careful, but avoid strangers , but close to the old town and waterfront 15 minutes and chinatown is a block away, close to st laurent and place des arts metro subway, my room has alwyas been clean, staff are very busy but helpful, for its a 5 star at a 3 star price

All good thanks I will back I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everton. Everything was excellent—the room was clean and comfortable, the service was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I hope to come back again very soon. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. We were initially a little apprehensive about booking, given some of the less-than-favourable reviews and ratings, but our experience turned out to be quite good. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even offered an early check-in, which was a nice gesture. The hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the Old Port, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were neat and tidy, the bathrooms were clean, and hot water was readily available. The rooms also had a TV and refrigerator. One thing worth mentioning is that there is no electric kettle in the room, and the hotel does not provide one even on request. This is something to keep in mind, especially if you like having tea or coffee in your room.

The overall stay was pretty good for the price (on a budget). However there were definitely parts of the building that needed fixing/upgrading. The room was pretty good but unfortunately I had roaches come out from behind the TV onto some of my stuff on the table. I hope they can fix their roach problem. I stayed in room 317 FYI.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay for the price. While the property is a little dated, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the fresh coffee available in the morning. Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
